The ritual guide
Get your glow up because your skin matters
1.Rose and Avocado cleansing
With a spatula scoop a generous amount of the cleansing balm onto the palm of your hand. Rub the palms together to warm the balm, then use your fingers to apply the cleansing balm onto dry skin, focusing on areas that need most attention, massage for 60 seconds Wet face for the cleanser to emulsify, massage a little bit more, either splash with warm water or wipe off with a warm damp cloth
repeat this process if you are wearing makeup or spf
2. Zero Flaws anti oxidant mask
Activate one tablespoon powder with equal part water to form a creamy, rich mousse. Smooth over skin and relax 10 - 20 minutes. Expect tingling heat sensation. When your treatment is complete, step into a warm shower, allowing the steam and running water to rehydrate the mask before gently rinsing away easily as you massage gently with your fingertips
3. Misterious Hydrating and Brightening
Mist
Shake the mist first
Generously spray mist all over freshly cleansed skin, before and after serum and cream to seal in hydration and enhance nutrient absorption. If you are feeling indulgent (and you should be), don’t stop there – spritz face to toe all throughout the day to revive and elevate mood and skin
4.Fortify that barrier face cream
Scoop a generous amount and use fingers to apply all over the face and neck as a second from last step in your routine
5.Revitalising and brightening Serum
Pump 3 drops of oil into your palm then apply onto fully wet skin, morning and night, immediately after cleansing. Apply using pat and pressure motion throughout the face Focus on areas of sensitivity and give yourself a full face massage while you are at it.
My daily routine and gratitude moments
It's always very important for me to have a robust skincare ritual in the morning this helps me to wakeup bringing closure to sleeping mode; at night the same routine initialises my bedtime ritual bringing closure to my day, welcoming moment of rest and rejuvenation brought by sleep.
I use this time as a mindful moment to give gratitude for the day to come and anticipate good things.
and to give thanks at night for all the lessons and gifts the day brought.
Try adding gratitude moments to your routine so you have even more to look forward to when taking care of your skin.
